Powercom America, Inc. Policy

  • All items should be put together in one form with related documents.
  • The related invoices should be faxed along with this form for all items, otherwise they will processed as Out Of Warranty and will bill parts, labor, plus S&H fee.
  • $19.95 S&H fee will be applicable for each item if purchased date was over 1 year but the item is still under warranty.
  • For any DOA (Dead on Arrival) item, customer must claim an RMA# within 7 days after receipt of the item.
  • Credit requisition must be approved by the related Salesperson first and show clear request on this form. For related term and condition, please refer to original invoice.
  • All DOA and Credit items must be in its original packaging, customers are responsible for any missed component.
